On a sandstone ridge just north of Petra, Vaux Moise, al-Wu’ayra, was built by the Crusaders in the early 12th century and reached only by a bridge over a gorge. This album follows the visit: the rock-cut gate, the walls and towers on the ridge, the rock-cut rooms and the landscape around the castle.
