Qal’at Mudawwara: A Border Fort in Photos

Share

Near Jordan’s southern border, Qal’at Mudawwara is a sandstone Hajj fort of 1730–33, close to the railway station taken in one of the last battles of the Arab Revolt. This album shows the fort, its collapsed rooms and the desert around it.
